This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Yeah, it's just, well, we're not Japanese. Thus, we don't need honorifics on the end of a name, especially that of a fictional character. It makes you sound a bit immature, is all. I'm not one to talk, really. I had my "OMG OTAKU KAWAII DESU" stage just like everyone else. But I'm just hoping you can get out of it a bit faster then I did. You seem like a good kid, and I'd rather I didn't have to despise you for something as silly as this.
ah, ok. i know i'm studying the language right now, but i must admit, it is annoying when people have something "OMG KAWAII SASUKE DESU!" praise god i didnt do those posts. but i must admit, when my girlfriend and i go to little tokyo- it is quite obnoxious when we go to the market, and fangirls/boys go nuts over the snacks. i love melon bread- apparently, so did a fanboy: "OMG SHANA EATS THIS ALL THE TIME YOU GOTTA EAT IT ITS SOOOO YUM!!" ....yeah- its food. big deal. i know i get carried away wh incorporating the language into my pictures, but i'm not much of a fangirl (tho i did go overboard role-playing as Ryuuguu Rena from Higurashi). but.i guess most people seem to act more open on the Internet since they don't see the person face-to face. That's pretty much how I am- not a loud person, though I get carried away on forums and 4chan.
you also seem like a nice person, we should email sometime instead of spamming up the DA comment boxe.
Why's it matter? It's my userpage, and I shall spam it as I please! I'll stop spamming yours, though. That's probably getting real old real fast.
But god, I hate the self-proclaimed "otakus." 85% of the anime fan population embarasses the shit out of the other 15%. It's so hard for me to sit there and watch that, knowing that I used to be that. "OMG POCKY IS THE BEST NE?!?!?!?" It's a fucking STICK covered in ICING. I mean, I still eat it ocassionally, and I still think "Man, this is better than some of the shit they normally sell here" but I'm not creating a shrine to pocky in my room and eating it like a staple food. God.
Ah, well, what can you do? I'ver been sitting back for two years waiting for one of my friends to get out of that stage. It's almost embarassing to be seen with him. He has this trenchcoat that he wears all the fucking time with these pockets that never end, filled with games, manga, pocky, and weird little figurines. ........Damnit, it's his fault I actually know who "OMG SHANA" is. I shouldn't know that.... Crap, now I'm all depressed knowing he's gotten me a little father back in my quest to become a mature anime viewer.
Uh Oh! I actually don't mind your spamming my userpage. honestly, i like getting critiqued on my art, but when its 15 pages of "OMFG THIS IS AMAZINGZZZ!!! I LUV YOUR ARTS!" well...i lose heart.
ugh- in Kinokuniya, i picked up a Higurashi no Naku koro Ni Manga (my fave series) and some girl was all "i can read it!!" and she kept on attempting. She finished at "Mugarasu no kena he" which is waaay off. i admit my otaku-ism-but not to the point where i run up to people who happen to have a t-shirt on with domo or some anime series. i've had waaay too many fangirls do that. and with my long, black hair (i even have eye bags) i have had girls come up to me in little tokyo wanting to take a picture with "Uchiha Itachi-kun". These girls end up getting a taste of my own mangekyo--get the fuck offa me!!
but yeah, i see where the 85% gives us fans a bad name.
